I wasn't Paid, what should I do?
Not receiving your payment could be down to a number of reasons. Whatever you do, please don't panic as we assist all partners with payment issues and will surely rectify any payment issues you're facing! :)
Some of the reasons include:
- You recently joined our network:
If you recently joined our network, you should expect your first payment roughly 60-days after the date you joined, E.g. If you joined our network in January, you should expect your first payment by March 15th. - Incomplete Tax Forms/Payment Method:
As a ContentPixel partner, you're required to complete a basic tax form which will allow you to file your taxes with the IRS or your country's tax/revenue regulator. If you haven't completed the required tax form we will not be able to pay your earnings and will hold your payment until you've done so. The same applies if you haven't selected a preferred payment method (We pay via PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer and Wire Transfer. - You've not met our threshold:
ContentPixel recently implemented a $10 payment threshold. This means that unless your channel accumulates $10 in revenue, we won't be able to issue your earnings. Not to worry, however! We will simply hold your payments until you've generated at least $10.
- Incorrect Payment Details:
If you have incorrect payment details in your partner dashboard, your payments will not get to you! Pleas ensure that a valid payment method is added to your dashboard in order to earn your payment! :)
